What is kinesiology (also known as muscle testing)?
It is an holistic health modality that gauges individual stress responses to foods, supplements and substances and uses a muscle feedback response, generally in an arm.
Our bodies have energy centres and pathways that are all connected to our organs and glands etc. We monitor this response by making a statement, such as “this body requires more water?” and then with two fingers pressing lightly on the wrist of a straight arm, it will either stay strong (yes) or weak (no).
In kinesiology terms it is called a “locked” or an “unlocked” muscle.
This system is very good at giving us information on what our body wants and doesn’t want. Kinesiology accesses our overall state of being, structural, chemical and emotional levels and on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level also.
This full day course will cover two components: muscle testing and dowsing.
The Eat Right, Live Right certificate course duration is 5 hours. The remainder of the day will be dowsing with rods. NB. Dowsing is an added extra and not part of the certificate muscle testing course outline.
